NOTE: Report summarizes activities related to enforcement of the Fourth Declaration of Public Health Emergency regarding COVID-19 issued on March 18, 2020. Code Enforcement (Development Services Department), Parking Enforcement (Center City Development & Operations), Metropolitan Health District, and San Antonio Police Department have been charged with the enforcement of this declaration. The results in this report include enforcement activities conducted by teams covering 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Eighth Declaration of Public Health Emergency was issued on June 4, 2020. On July 1, 2020, a fifth addendum was added to the Eighth Emergency Health Declaration, and this order is in effect indefinitely. On July 2, 2020, Executive Order No. GA-28 & GA-29 was issued by the Governor of Texas. On August 19, 2020, a seventh addendum was added to the Eighth Emergency Health Declaration. On August 28, 2020, an eighth addendum was added to the Eighth Emergency Health Declaration. On September 4, 2020, a ninth addendum was added to the Eighth Emergency Health Declaration. On September 21, 2020, a tenth addendum was added to the Eighth Emergency Health Declaration. On March 2, 2021, Executive Order No. GA-34 was issued by the Governor of Texas.
