Pop-Up Vaccine Clinic: Living Faith Community Church

Metro Health is working with community agencies to host “pop-up” vaccine clinics using health and equity data to coordinate events.

Vaccines administered by Metro Health follow Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) and Adult Safety Net (ASN) availability and requirements.
Beginning on October 1, 2024, fees will be implemented following the fee schedule at the Immunization Clinic.

Vaccines Available: COVID-19 (18 yrs and younger), Dtap, Polio, MMR, Tdap, Hib, MCV4, Men B, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Pneumococcal, HPV, and Flu.
