Recovery & Resiliency

City of San Antonio Recovery & Resiliency: Conquering Today's Challenges For A Stronger Tomorrow.

Programs that offer resources and services as part of the COVID-19 Community Recovery and Resiliency Plan.

Services

Train for Jobs SA

The City of San Antonio has partnered with several workforce development agencies to offer free workforce training and education to San Antonio residents who have been negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in the hardest hit industries of hospitality, food service, and retail (based on unemployment claims).

Programs

Connected Beyond the Classroom

We propose to build a collaborative, citywide, multi-government agency network between the City and other governmental entities to expand fiber capability and student access in San Antonio, helping mitigate digital divide issues in our community, specifically in student populations, K-12 and colleges/universities.

Financial and Housing Recovery Center (FHRC)

Ensures that households and businesses affected by COVID-19 have the resources and tools to become financially resilient and better prepared to withstand future economic challenges.
