Learn more about the website changes

Based on your feedback and analytics from the COVID-19 website, the City will make updates to the site to better serve residents. Visitors can see the changes on April 2.
The issue:
Resources and services were split by audiences, so it was not helpful for those who fell into more than one audience. For example, if you are a resident but also a veteran or a healthcare provider but also a traveler. Funneling users like this made information hard to find.
The solution:
The City partnered with a consulting firm, Slalom, to create a new topic-friendly Resource page and navigation. The changes allow residents to quickly find resources and available services based on what they need and not who they are.
